Acceldata is building the data observability cloud for global enterprises. As a Senior Python engineer, you will work across the Acceldata platform products. We’re looking for people with a strong background or inclination toward data engineering and systems; you’re comfortable dealing with lots of moving pieces and can work at the intersection of Databases and APIs. We’re looking for someone who can: • Develop APIs and SDKs using Python and Java. • Design and implementation of multiple SDKs helpful in integrating with customer environments. • Implement API and SDK best practices. • Implementation of security and data protection • Collaborate with the team in building fault-tolerant, high-performance, and scalable APIs. • Focus on building an ecosystem to be API first from the bottom up. • Design and maintain the core software components that support the Acceldata platform. • Code using primarily Python and Java • Work closely with and incorporate feedback from product management, platform architects, and senior engineers. • Proactively look for ways to make Acceldata platform better. • Work closely with the Documentation team for developer documentation. • Evangelize and help customers build better solutions on the Acceldata Platform.
