We (myself and @Bjorn Olsen) are still just playing around. We don't have a use case in mind for LakeFS, but we like it and what to get to know the tool for when we spot an opportunity. Bjorn is building a demo environment for us to show it to clients and for us to toy around with and we'll probs do a bit of a write-up on it.
