in order to include the fixes to release the python client and re-tag it as the version. If you see any issue please let me know

Why not just tag the trunk as

0.53.1

and re-release everything? (There's also https://github.com/treeverse/lakeFS/pull/2608 to release, which is a bugfix on

lakectl

.)

Will verify the option to re-release 0.53.0 and also publish 0.53.1.
