Any idea why many checks are skipped for forked PRs? For example this PR. Is it the secrets issue? I thought that’s resolved..

maybe it is because the Run Linters and Checkers and Run Go tests step failed? Really not sure about it's the reason because as far as I remember it shouldn't stop the checks
