Hi lakeFS developers!

<https://github.com/treeverse/lakeFS/pull/3067#issuecomment-1077500242|This PR> changes the name of the "test spark metadata client" action.  So right now:
• Any PRs on the lakeFS repo that branched out *prior to* 10bced0f on lakeFS can be green and merged without administrative force;
• Any PRs on the lakeFS repo that branched out *at or after* 10bced0f4 will _not_ be green and need administrative force to merge to master.
In 3 hours' time I plan to change the name of the required test to the new names.  So starting at around 14:00 UTC today (16:00 IST) these states will be reversed.  After this time, your old PRs will not be green until you rebase them onto a more recent of lakeFS (or merge, I guess, for people who don't rebase their development branches...).

I will be happy to help if you run into any difficulties!

This is now live, and the previous situation is _reversed_: If your PRs went red and are waiting for various checks with "Spark" and "metadata" in their names to be reported, you *will* need to rebase on current origin/master (or merge that branch into yours).
