We're starting to work on implementing the 💖 lakeFS output committer 😹 I've created branch

feature/lakefs-output-committer

for this work: it is relatively independent of everything else on lakeFS, but we probably do not want to push it. We shall branch out of it and merge back to it 🪃 (FYI @Lynn Rozen)
