is the access key ID generated by the lakeFS gateway, and not an access key ID that you got from AWS. (I often get confused between them in my environments)

Nah I made sure before I posted it. Like 3x sure 🙂 Now it works, I accidentially added api/v1 to the endpoint url and stuff 🙂
