Asking for a friend 🙂. When using demo.lakefs can you use your own AWS bucket? i.e. run against my own data?

Hey @Iddo Avneri! No, demo.lakefs.io is ephemeral by design and exists for learning purposes. Therefore, no real reason for you to use your own bucket - and so we decided to take this off your plate

Also you will have a rough time giving AWS credentials to a demo installation to allow it to reach your bucket.

We're not there yet, but I think we can get there. (You'll probably get over quota before you really need it, but it does make sense to practice on the demo!)
