Hello everyone! Question about the Docker Everything Bagel –– would it be possible to use the UI Import feature when running it locally?

Hi Paul, The UI import is disabled when running with local storage. Because import from object storage doesn't copy the objects but creates links to them, it's not possible when running locally.

I’ll clarify, if you're running locally the everything bagel which is configured with s3 storage you can use the import. If you're running lakes with local storage the import is not supported. 😃
