This url is for an endpoint which checks and reports security vulnerabilities in your current lakeFS version. I think the issue at hand is that you have something in your environment that prevents outgoing communication from the pod and causes requests to hang indefinitely (or at least until the pod readiness checks times-out). On a side note, I've noticed you've been using Ceph as the backing store. Please keep in mind that AFAIK we have not tested deployment of lakeFS with Ceph, though in principle this should work with the S3 gateway.
