Pre-sign expiry is a server configuration and is not something that can be set per request.
If you wish to modify the default value you can refer to the following documentation

Not relevant to my previous query. I just wanted to check whether there is a recommended way to generate a key for auth.encrypt.secret_key configuration when deploying lakeFs into AWS.
