This is possible using <https://docs.lakefs.io/reference/security/rbac.html|role based access control>. 

Using those, you can define fine grained policies that allow users or groups to only perform certain actions on specific repositories, or even specific paths within a repository.

Do note that this is a lakeFS Cloud/Enterprise feature.

Correct. This capability is available either in the <https://lakefs.io/blog/lakefs-open-source-vs-enterprise-vs-cloud/|enterprise offer or via lakeFS Cloud>.

The OSS provides other <https://docs.lakefs.io/reference/security/access-control-lists.html#acls|ACL capabilities>. But not in the same granularity
